Busy Bee

Excuse my tardiness but I’ve been busy!

Starting first thing this morning with some Core Four exercises, including my favorite ↑.

5 Burpees followed by 5 push-ups.  Repeat 3 to 6 sets.  Whew, this ones a killer that hits every inch of your body!

Grocery shopping was followed by a much-needed yoga session with Kath.

And to the kitchen she went

I have a good feeling about this pizza dough…just may be my best yet!  I’ll let you know tomorrow. 🙂
