108 To-Do’s

The snow is still here but it is time to get back to work!  I have a long to-do list and a pot of coffee brewing, it’s going to be a busy day.

Amidst the flurry I will strength train with an Exercise TV workout, take a walk, and (as long as it’s not canceled) participate in 108 Sun Salutations at Ashtanga Yoga Charlottesville tonight.

If you are a yogi, have you ever heard of these 108 Sun Salute projects?  They used to occur in Portland once a year or so when I lived there.  I always wanted to participate but was a little nervous and always came up with a good excuse not to.  But tonight I am all in!  I just hope they don’t cancel due to weather!

    I am committing to strength training chest, shoulder & triceps today & working my abs.

    I did p90x legs and back this am and probably go walking this afternoon!

  4. I am going to pack up more of my place to get ready to move and help my roommate move out. If there is time and a little energy I hope to do 20-30 minutes of yoga tonight before dinner with my parents.

    My initial plan was to spin this morning…that did not happen.

    I must have subconsciously turned my alarm off because I swear I set it last night and I didn’t wake up until The Husband’s alarm went off…an hour after mine was set and about the time I was supposed to be arriving at the Y for spin. Oops. I guess I need my sleep!

  6. I’ve not heard of the 108 sun salutations. I look forward to hearing about it. Today is raining hard here so I am going to commit to strength training on exercise tv and an hour walk with a friend. It is rainy yet mild.
